By spring transfer mechanism, ATS canbe absolutely and perfectly transferred. There will be NO unattached situation in almost any case.The bypass switch is installed in parallel with the primary ATS. When ATS inspection is needed, electrical power is provided, and the principle ATS is withdrawn from the bypass swap to make sure that power is contin
